Why am I here?

What if there is, in fact, a roadmap for life, one that provides certainty, meaning and purpose?

Viktor Frankl was an Austrian psychiatrist who along with his family was sent to the Theresienstadt concentration camp, where his father perished. As Viktor observed the brutality and unimaginable suffering around him, he noticed that the prisoners who had some purpose in their lives were more likely to survive. He later wrote, quoting Nietzsche: “‘He who has a why to live for can bear with almost any how’ ... Woe to him who saw no more sense in his life, no aim, no purpose, and therefore no point in carrying on. He was soon lost.”

Dr Sam Chan considers one of the most important questions of all: ‘Why am I here?’.
