The Transition Group is a group for individuals who are between roles. It is open to workers of all ages across Australia. The group is designed for office workers/professionals who have been affected through job loss or who are concerned it may affect them, or who are contemplating a change of direction.
It aims to be a communal space where people between roles are accepted and feel safe. It provides encouragement and support through input from professional speakers, sharing stories, and modelling successful transition. It is under the leadership auspices of the City Bible Forum’s Third Space initiative.
