Tears for Fears are back with a new album that’s gone to number one.
Didn’t they used to rule the world?
Both Curt Smith and Roland Orzabal are in their sixties now but globally famous by their early twenties.
Fame, fortune, influence. Isn’t that ruling the world?
We like to think so, or if not ruling THE world, at least ruling OUR world. Yet Orzabal recently said that what he first thought would be enough, wasn’t.
“Now that we're pop stars, I don't think being a pop star is the ultimate. There has to be something more." he said.
Only one thing worse than not getting what you think will satisfy you: getting what you think will satisfy you, but finding out it doesn’t.
Even ruling the world.
