I love my local Buy Nothing group

Those online communities where people in the same suburb offer items they don’t want any more to other people who live in the suburb rather than throw it in the bin

The best thing about it - everything is free!

Every now and then I get something truly amazing for free from the group

A new bike, an outdoor furniture setting, a kettle BBQ and so on

Whenever this happens I have tell people about it

“See this bike - free”

“This outdoor table we’re sitting at - free”

“This BBQ I cooked the meat on - yep, also free”

At the heart of the Christian faith is a free gift, life forever with the God who made and loves me

Have you received this gift? Then you’ve got to let people know!

And if you haven’t, well don’t be surprised if Christians you know want to tell you all about it

Because we can’t help telling people when we get something truly amazing for free
