Stan Smith

We are very pleased to announce a summer Bridge Fellowship event with Stan Smith.

Former American professional tennis player, Stan Smith was world number one, Wimbledon (1972) and US Open (1971) singles champion. Alongside Bob Lutz, he created one of the most successful doubles teams of all time. Stan was inducted into the International Tennis Hall of Fame in 1987, served as its President for a number of years and is now a Life Trustee. Having reached such heights in his sporting career, it’s surprising that he is perhaps more known for the eponymous sports shoe, the Adidas Stan Smith. Over 100 million pairs of this fashion icon have been sold. Please come along (partners welcome) and join us for drinks and canapes at the Union Hotel in North Sydney (271 Pacific Hwy, North Sydney NSW 2060) with Stan Smith on the 17^thJanuary 2025 from 6pm - 8pm.

The Bridge Fellowship gathers and connects men around Australia to explore the intersection between life and faith. Open to all men regardless of their beliefs or background, we hear stories of adversity, courage, honesty, hope, failure and success.
